JL’s first day in school

20 June, JL woke up very early, 6:30 a.m. The first word he said was…”mOm I’m late in school”, I said no it’s still too early. He’s so excited to go to school. At 8:00 a.m. we went to the barbershop for his new haircut. His class schedule was 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and we were in school 30 minutes earlier. He was the first to arrive in the Nursery level and just seated in one corner and waited for the time. The Nursery level have two teachers and two assistant teacher inside. When the class started, from the window, I peep from time to time in the class to check the behavior of JL inside. Surprisingly he stays in his place but what I have noticed was he’s quite talkative, he always speak to his classmate or the teacher behind him. During their break time, I saw JL having some of his seatmate’s baon (chicken nuggets). He told me that his classmate gave him some. Well, what could be expected from kids of his age…they want what they see from other kids…hayyy.

When the class dismissed, he showed me his hands with star stamped. I said, wow!!! I asked him how come he had that, he said because he’s a good boy and he colors the star yellow. I’m so proud of my son. The teacher said that JL is quite “makulit” but nice to know that he participates in class. That’s my JL!!! I love you son…mmmwwwaaaahhh
